What we collect

When you enroll in AI for Business Owners, we collect your name, email address, payment record from Stripe, and your progress through the course. That’s it.

What we do not store

We do not store your Personal Context Portfolio, your prompts, or the AI skill you write. The guided portfolio interview runs entirely in your browser and is discarded when you close the tab. Your finished portfolio is downloaded to your own computer.

While you are drafting your portfolio, your answers may be sent to the AI provider we use for drafting (see the notice on the interview screen). We do not store those answers on our servers.

What we never do

• We do not sell your data.
• We do not share your email with third parties for marketing.
• We do not train AI models on your portfolio content.
• We do not use your portfolio content for product analytics.

Your rights

You can request deletion of your account and progress at any time by emailing hannah@fordmitchell.com. We keep only what is legally required for payment records.

Cookies and analytics

We use product analytics to understand which lessons are working and where learners get stuck. We do not record the content of your portfolio, your prompts, or your skill in analytics.
